Without trained teachers schooling is not education.

For teachers, RPS offers professional development on how to design, assess, and manage subjects that engage and motivate students. For teachers, RPS helps bring coherence to PROJECTS practices across grade levels and subject areas, and supports the creation of school-wide processes and structures to support.

We focus on making our teacher acquire a higher order of teaching-learning, critical thinking, problem solving and creative skills by harnessing the power of integrated technology and methodologies. We also inspire the teachers for new innovations in teaching methodologies to make them more effective.

We have specially designed training program for the prep teachers. Which helps them to understand children completely so they can makes children learn according to the milestone growth of the children, can understand the children's needs, requirements and can create best learning environment for the child. The main focus would be cultural values, general awareness and care besides communicative and social skills .
